If you would like to use an iPad to access the Learning Portal, please note the following important considerations.

Joining the Meeting

When you log in to the Tutor Portal on an iPad and click Join Meeting, the Learning Portal will not open directly.

To work around this limitation:

1. Log in to the Tutor Portal on a computer.
2. Copy your unique Learning Portal link for the student.
3. Email the link to yourself.
4. Open the email on your iPad and tap the link to enter the Learning Portal.

Important: Each student has a unique Learning Portal link, so you will need to repeat this process for each student you tutor.

Sharing Screen

Screensharing is not supported on iPads in the Learning Portal.
However, you can use the Cobrowser feature to share websites with your student during the session.

Using an iPad is possible with a few workarounds, and knowing these limitations will help you plan smooth and successful tutoring sessions.
