Activate Your Step Up Email
Go to https://mail.google.com
Sign in using your Step Up Tutoring email and the temporary password sent to your personal email
Follow the prompts to set a new password

Didn’t receive login credentials? Check your spam folder or contact tutorsupport@stepuptutoring.org.
Refresh and Try Again
Once your Step Up email is activated, return to the Tutor Portal
Refresh the page and try signing in again using Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
