Surveys are a key part of how we improve and grow our tutoring program. They allow us to hear directly from students, tutors, families, and school partners so we can better understand what’s working and where we can do better.
Here’s a breakdown of the surveys you may see throughout the year:
Baseline Survey
- Who it's for: Students
- When it's sent: At the beginning of the school year
- Purpose: To gather students' thoughts, feelings, and academic perceptions before tutoring begins
-
This survey helps us track growth over time when compared to the End-of-Year Survey
End-of-Year Survey
- Who it's for: Students and tutors
- When it's sent: At the end of the school year
-
Purpose: To reflect on the overall tutoring experience — including program effectiveness, relationship building, and academic support
Your feedback helps us celebrate success and make meaningful improvements year after year.Pilot Surveys
- Who it's for: Tutors and students participating in pilot programs
- When it's sent: At the conclusion of the pilot experience
- Purpose: To evaluate new platforms, curricula, features, or strategies
- If you're involved in a pilot program, you’ll receive a short survey to share your thoughts
Your insights help shape how and whether new tools get integrated into our program.
