If you accidentally blocked access to your camera or microphone, don’t worry — you can easily fix it by updating your browser settings. Follow the instructions below based on the browser you're using.
Chrome
Look at the URL bar at the top of your browser
If access is blocked, you'll see a red "x" over the camera icon
Click the icon

In the pop-up, select:
"Always allow" access to your camera and microphone
Click Reload to refresh the page and rejoin the session
Your camera and microphone should now work properly
Firefox
If you selected "Block", you’ll be prompted to reload the page
After reloading, the pop-up will reappear
This time, select "Allow" to enable camera and microphone access
Your session should resume with video and audio enabled
Safari
Go to the top menu and click Safari > Settings
Click on the Websites tab
Select Camera and Microphone in the left sidebar
Find the Learning Portal website in the list
Change the setting from Deny to Allow for both camera and microphone access

Reload the page to apply the new settings
