What Is the Troubleshooting Menu?
The Troubleshooting Menu allows both tutors and students to:
Detect technical issues during a session
View alerts (such as red exclamation marks) when problems are found
Receive step-by-step prompts to resolve common issues
Monitor each other's status, helping tutors assist students effectively
How to Access the Troubleshooting Menu
While in an active session, navigate to:
Setup > Troubleshooting-
Check the status of your tech setup:
If something isn’t working properly (e.g., microphone, camera, connectivity), a red “!” icon will appear on the affected participant’s video feed.
