Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Reach Out to the Student’s Family
   Use your preferred method (text or call) to contact the student’s guardian and confirm whether they plan to attend.

2. Option to Reschedule
   If the family responds and can’t attend, you're welcome to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

3. If No Response After 15 Minutes
   If you haven’t heard from the family 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, you may:

   • Log off from the session

   • Record the 15 minutes if you are a Work Study tutor
