Keeping your availability up to date is essential — it helps us match you with students who share your schedule and ensures a smooth tutoring experience for everyone involved.
When Your Availability Changes
If your schedule shifts due to school, work, or other commitments, please update your availability as soon as possible.
You can do this in one of two ways:

Log in to the Tutor Portal
Click “Update Information.”

2. Let us know when you're ready to start with a new student
When you're updating your availability to request additional students, you can now specify the date you're able to start with a new student.
What it's for: If you need a delay before you're able to start with a new match — for any reason — enter that date so we know not to match you before then.
What it's not for: This does not affect your current students in any way. It only applies when you're requesting to be matched with someone new.
When to use it: Anytime you're updating your availability and requesting additional students, and you need some delay before you can start. If you're able to be matched as soon as today, select the option indicating you're available ASAP.
By keeping your availability current, you help us create stronger, more consistent tutor-student matches.
