Keeping your availability up to date is essential — it helps us match you with students who share your schedule and ensures a smooth tutoring experience for everyone involved.
When Your Availability Changes
If your schedule shifts due to school, work, or other commitments, please update your availability as soon as possible.
You can do this in one of two ways:

Update Your Tutor Portal Profile
Log in to the Tutor Portal
Click “Update Information.”
Adjust your available days and times for tutoring

Reach out to tutorsupport@stepuptutoring.org
Let us know if you’d like to request a new student or drop a current student based on your new availability
