Providing regular feedback helps families stay informed about their child's progress and allows Step Up to offer additional support when needed. After each week of tutoring, all tutors are asked to complete a quick update form to reflect on their sessions.

At the end of each week, please complete the Weekly Progress Update Form to:

Share highlights from your sessions

Note areas where your student is improving

Mention any ongoing challenges or focus areas

Communicate session attendance and participation
This information is shared with your student’s family so they can stay engaged in their child’s learning journey.
Tip: Completing the form takes just a few minutes and makes a big difference in parent communication and student support.
Reporting an Issue or Concern
If something urgent, inappropriate, or concerning occurs during a session, please do not include it in the Weekly Progress Form.
Instead, immediately email our Tutor Experience Team at: tutorsupport@stepuptutoring.org
Include the following in your message:

A brief description of the incident or concern

Whether it was witnessed or shared by the student

Names of individuals involved (if applicable)
