Step Up Tutoring works to match students with a tutor within 7–10 days after completing the welcome call. Our goal is to find the best possible match for each student.
What Affects Tutor Matching?
Tutor matching depends on the following factors:

Tutor Training Completion
Tutors must complete the required training before they are eligible to be matched with a student. Schedule Availability
We match students with tutors whose availability aligns with the family’s preferred schedule.Language Preferences
We take into account the student’s preferred language and do our best to match them with a tutor who is fluent in that language (when available).
